Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return or replacement only if:

• The product received is damaged upon delivery
• The product is defective due to a manufacturing issue
• The wrong product was delivered
• Essential parts or accessories are missing
• The product is not functioning properly upon first inspection

Mandatory Unboxing Policy (IMPORTANT)

To ensure fair claims and prevent misuse, all Little Stepz orders are shipped with official Little Stepz secure packaging / brand seal.

For any return, replacement, or damage claim to be considered:

• A full uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory
• Video must clearly begin before opening the sealed package
• The Little Stepz branded seal / packaging must be clearly visible in the video
• The seal must be shown intact before opening
• The video must clearly show the package being opened from the sealed condition
• The product inspection must be shown clearly immediately after opening
• Any defect, broken part, damage, missing item, or wrong product must be visible in the same unboxing video

Claims without proper unboxing proof from sealed package opening will not be accepted.

If the package is opened before recording, partially recorded, edited, incomplete, or if the product appears used after opening, the claim will be automatically rejected.

Products that are opened, used, tested, mishandled, damaged after delivery, or tampered with by the customer will not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

Customer Support Confirmation: At the time of order confirmation, our customer support team may also remind customers about the mandatory unboxing and return claim process.

By placing an order with Little Stepz, customers acknowledge and agree to follow these return claim requirements.

General Return Conditions

To qualify:

• Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging, manuals, accessories, tags, inserts, cables, chargers, and included parts must be retained
• Product must not show signs of physical damage, forced handling, tampering, misuse, accidental breakage, water damage, or unauthorized repair

Non-Returnable Items

Returns / refunds will NOT be accepted for:

• Used products
• Products opened without valid unboxing proof
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling
• Toys broken due to drops, rough play, improper use, or impact
• Battery damage caused by incorrect usage
• Electronics damaged due to wrong charging methods
• Water / liquid damaged products
• Missing packaging / accessories
• Opened collectible packaging where resale value is affected
• Discounted / promotional / clearance sale items (unless defective on delivery)
• Customized / special-order products
• Minor outer box dents / packaging wear not affecting product functionality

Electronics / RC / Battery Products

For RC cars, electronic toys, gaming accessories, rechargeable products, gadgets, and battery-operated items:

• Damage caused by wrong charger / adapter is not covered
• Overcharging / improper charging damage is not covered
• Voltage fluctuation damage is not covered
• Physical misuse is not covered
• Battery wear over normal usage is not considered a defect

Refund / Replacement Process

Once approved and inspected:

• Eligible products may receive replacement, store credit, or refund
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to original payment method
• Processing time depends on payment providers / banks

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible

Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless seller error
• Return shipping may be customer responsibility unless verified seller issue

Fraud Prevention

Little Stepz reserves the right to reject false, suspicious, incomplete, unverifiable, abusive, or fraudulent claims.

Policy Updates

Little Stepz reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

Additional Important Conditions

Change of Mind Returns

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• No longer needed
• Ordered by mistake
• Customer expectation mismatch after delivery
• Child does not like the product

Product Appearance Disclaimer

Actual product colors, packaging, design details, stickers, branding placement, or minor finishing may slightly vary from website images due to manufacturing updates, lighting, or display settings. Such variations do not qualify for returns.

Size & Product Expectation

Product dimensions, specifications, and descriptions are provided wherever applicable. Returns will not be accepted based solely on customer assumptions regarding product size, scale, appearance, or expectations.

Missing Item Claims

Any claim regarding missing accessories, parts, or incorrect contents must be clearly shown in the mandatory full unboxing video. Claims without valid proof will not be accepted.

Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Little Stepz will not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

• Wrong address
• Incorrect phone number
• Customer unavailable during delivery
• Delivery refusal without valid reason

Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

Collectible Product Disclaimer

For collectible figures, action figures, display boxes, and premium packaging items: Minor packaging wear, transit marks, or outer box imperfections may occur during shipping and do not qualify as defects unless the actual product inside is damaged.

Special / Pre-Order Items

Customized, special sourcing, limited-stock, or pre-order items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless damaged upon verified delivery.

Courier Delay Disclaimer

Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, customs issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Such delays do not qualify for cancellations or compensation.

Right to Final Decision

Little Stepz reserves the final right to approve, reject, investigate, or determine eligibility for any return, replacement, or refund claim.

Product Authenticity & Product Variation Disclaimer

At Little Stepz, we aim to provide quality products sourced through trusted channels, suppliers, distributors, import partners, and business networks. Customers are requested to carefully review the following product-related terms.

Product Appearance Variations

Actual products may vary slightly from website images, promotional visuals, mockups, or display content due to:

• Manufacturing updates
• Packaging revisions
• Supplier batch differences
• Branding placement changes
• Color variations
• Lighting differences
• Screen display settings
• Design refinements
• Accessory variations

Such minor variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Imported Product Disclaimer

Some products may be imported, specially sourced, internationally supplied, or limited-availability items. Imported products may occasionally have:

These do not affect core product functionality unless explicitly stated.

Collectible / Hobby Product Disclaimer

Action figures, anime collectibles, display models, premium figurines, collector items, and hobby products may contain fragile parts and are often intended for collection/display use. Minor packaging wear, transit marks, or cosmetic external box imperfections may occur during handling/shipping and do not qualify as product defects unless the actual internal product is damaged.

Limitation of Claims

Returns / refund claims based solely on:

• Color preference mismatch
• Minor design differences
• Packaging appearance differences
• Supplier batch changes
• Customer assumptions
• Cosmetic non-functional differences

will not be considered valid unless product functionality is materially affected.

Right to Product Update: Little Stepz reserves the right to source updated, revised, alternate-batch, or supplier-equivalent versions of products where appropriate.

Product Compliance / Import Disclaimer

Little Stepz offers products sourced through domestic suppliers, authorized channels, distributors, import partners, special sourcing networks, and business procurement channels.

Certification Variations: Depending on product category, supplier source, import origin, manufacturing batch, or product nature, certain products may carry different certifications, packaging standards, compliance markings, or region-specific labeling. Not all products may carry identical certification formats across all markets unless explicitly stated.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, specifications, safety guidance, age suitability, usage instructions, and product warnings before purchase and usage.

Little Stepz shall not be liable for customer assumptions regarding certification expectations unless explicitly promised in the product listing.
